When I received this item back in august I thought it felt nice. It, however, came without the installing hardware, unlike advertised. After contacting the seller they mentioned they would send the hardware on a different package and it never came. I tried contacting them various times, but never received an answer.After all this time I finally decided to install the mount, so I went to the hardware store and bought the hardware as specified in the item’s description. After drilling my concrete wall and trying to install the screws, one of the holes is too big, so the screw just went right through.I am wishing when I finally get to install this (if I even decide to) it is durable, at least, but so far the service and quality of the product is just a waste of time and money.Mind you the big hole looks messed up, but that’s how the item arrived, the rest of the holes were fine.
