The staff is very helpful with any questions I have! They always answer quickly & are knowledgeable about products/services offered by them as well as other companies within our industry (i am an architect). This has been my go too IT support for many years now without issue from me or anyone else who uses it - great team of people working together toward one goal which makes things easier!! My only suggestion would be if there was more variety available beyond just capitalizing upon existing systems such as MS Office 365 integration etc., maybe something like Slack? No complaints here either but this really isn't anything specific enough where its worth mentioning unless someone specifically asks why not using slack over phone line calls / emailing back n forth instead :) Just making life easy when dealing wtih clients all day long via emails sometimes multiple times per week :P.
