Review on Kamikoto 7In. Santoku Chef Knife by Amanda Head

I absolutely love the Kamikoto Santoku Chef Knife I purchased. I originally sought the Kamikoto collection for my favorite chef on the planet, my mother. Their elegance and precision are incomparable. She immediately fell in love with them and hers now have proper names and have been worked into her will and added to the holiday gift list. Haha! The first thing they wanted was a sharpening block. I happily obliged and indulged them with one of yours and now as I have some of my own to use, mom insists I bring mine for a visit so I can learn how to properly sharpen them. This specific knife got to play quite an important role in my holiday weekend, as it beautifully enabled the most delectable meals my loved ones enjoyed. The wooden cases they come in are even works of art in and of themselves. These knives make me look forward to many great recipes in my kitchen for years to come.
