Review on Atrix Floor Beater Vacuum Brush by Erica Pratt

I have had a vacuum cleaner for 3 years and for the first time I needed a nozzle replacement. They look very good in terms of looks and quality. My problem is that they didn't work properly. Started with lots of rotation on the hands and on first use the rotation stopped completely. I checked everything on the vacuum end and all hoses were clean, filters cleaned and a new bag too. Started with the hard surface nozzle and everything worked fine. I bought 2 of these items and both didn't work.
