Wiz Gear's first automatic wireless car charger came out of the box. The hands don't work properly. Came back and got another working unit. 90 days used. Wireless charging works great. Even when using a protective case (which is required with this product, more on that later.) It's all that works well. The suction cup is useless and the glue stops sticking when the temperature rises above 80 degrees. The ventilation clip is weak and doesn't hold the phone well. It also blocks full AC opening, which is enough for me to count right away. The phone falls down randomly and without warning. The hands move away randomly and the handset turns off. This can happen 3 times a day or not at all for a week. In summary, this product does not always work. It's great when it works, but don't use it without a case to protect your phone from falls. This will cause the phone to fall.
