I'm 188cm tall and bought a size L. The title notes "compression underwear" and "leggings" as part of the description. there would be more "tights". The seams are nice and flat which makes them very snug fitting. The measurements are very accurate. The bag is suitable for keys, iPod, small phone. They are perfect for the bottom layer. As far as compression goes, it's a FAIL! If that's what you're looking for, keep going. They offer a great fit but not the compression you really need. Fabric and cut are good. The belt is very comfortable and sits exactly where you need it. Information online notes that they're great for a variety of activities, including biking, running, and yoga. You are TOO THIN! You must not use them while running BUT do not bend down. that you are in the last row. One dog down and you're in sight The large size is opaque when worn, the medium size would offer more compression but stretched so tight that it would be fully visible! I'll wear them under shorts or as an extra layer in cold weather, but on their own it's a recipe for disaster.
