Bought this particular brand based on reviews and description. The socks are soft and colorful but offer the same comfort or "pinch" around the arch of the foot as Nike or other brands. I was actually looking for more compression to relieve pressure on the arch of my foot when walking 2-5 miles every day. The socks are cute, I'll keep them because you can still wear them for light/light comfort.
