We needed this sign to keep intruders out. The local police told us to put up a sign so that if we caught someone on our property we didn't have to sign a trespass so the police could just get them off the property and charge them. It also has a reflective coating and an anti-graffiti finish so you can clean it effortlessly if someone spray paints the sign. I believe this sign will serve its purpose for years to come.
