Had to be changed, another part broke, I have blisters
The valve tool had to be modified to work on a 2010 5.4 3 valve, it will not engage the threads of the tool. I had to shave off the adjustable ball. 21 the valve in the lip of the pusher holder broke off and I had to fish it out of my head. After all 24 valves were done I was left with 3 huge knurl blisters probably because I'm not the type of mechanic who wears rubber gloves. I'm a man, but the knurling is too aggressive. If you're going to make a 5.4 3 valve in or out of the chassis, buy a good one.
- Crankshaft Pulley Bolt - Make sure the timing pulley and gears are not slipping. Cam Phaser Lockout Kit (2pcs) --- Long term solution to stop noise and restore normal engine operation.
