Not fast charging, suitable for computer accessories and peripherals

Cables came in an open torn box. The cables were dropped in the box and did not fit in the box. Not all were magnets. However, since I really needed to charge my phone, I used a 6 inch cable and plugged it into my fast charger, but it takes forever to charge. I have a Samsung Galaxy S10+ that usually charges very quickly. Now my phone is 68% charged. With the fast charger and this new cable, the charge time left was 2 hours 55 minutes, then increased to over 3 hours and now over 4 hours. Not happy at all. What a waste of $30.
