Review on Symphonized DRM Premium Genuine Wood In-Ear Noise-Isolating Headphones With Mic (Red/Gray) by Rachel Harris

I am a Quality Assurance Analyst by trade and this rating was influenced in part by my professional background in analyzing 'things'. The reason for the low rating is mainly due to two issues: 1) Loss of cable electrical integrity at the phone jack after several months of very infrequent use. Result: There is no sound on one side and the microphone does not work. 2) I never got any response from the support team. When I ordered the hardware I received a very nice email from Symphonized with a 1 year warranty. Relax! However, when the problem arose, I contacted Symphonized through 3 different channels (email, call (redirected to voicemail) and inquiry through the website) - never reply!
