As other reviewers have noted, this item runs quite small. It is well made and feels warm, but the material is not sufficient. It's reasonably comfortable when worn as a face mask and doesn't cover the lower part of my throat, let alone my collarbone. It's warm but at the same time a little cozy, like leggings. It's a bit tricky to fully tighten the lace as it bunches up a lot due to the thickness of the fabric and the cord feels weak when you try to tighten it. And for me, due to the loss of space inside, it's too narrow and short, like a hat. If they were 10.5 inches and about 12 inches long with a heavier gauge cable, it would be hard to find a better quality one that's this warm. I'm disappointed and would only recommend it for kids or adults with small heads. He will be donated.
