I haven't written a review for the Revain for probably a year or more but I really needed this product to work and it did. I'm about to have a Brazilian butt lift and need to learn to sleep on my stomach. I sleep on my side/back and have a horrible hernia and lump in my lower back so sleeping on my stomach hurts a lot. This pillow forms a sort of circle, so I filled the center with pillows and slept around it with my arms on my stomach. I felt so good that I didn't even move. Even in my normal sleep, I move throughout the night. It's an extremely soft material while also being fluffy, but still managed to hold its shape so that it didn't completely flatten out when it had all my weight on it (I'm about 137 pounds). My head stayed elevated, I could hug him and not interfere with my shoulders or arms, and I didn't have to worry about rolling onto my back or side. My body was fully aware that I was in a slightly elevated position and I was comfortable enough not to move. In short, this is going to be huge for me because you kill fat with the slightest amount of pressure after you get BBL. .
