I really wanted to love them and keep them, but I have to return them. The sound quality is excellent and they charge quickly. The biggest issue for me is comfort. Or lack of comfort. They only end up hurting my ears after wearing them for about 30 minutes. They seem to be a bit smaller than the latest momentums and therefore more comfortable, but not for me. It has nothing to do with the diameter of the rubber tip. I use the default recommendation. This is everything except the tip, which makes my ears ache as you have to put the earbud in your ear to get a good fit/seal, which of course is essential for better sound and isolation. Of course, your results may vary, everyone has a different ear shape. That's a shame as the sound quality is the best of any wireless noise canceling headphones I've tried. The app is reasonably useful, but poorly designed and a bit unreliable. You have to click reconnect in the app, unlike Bose headphones or Apple AirPods which just reconnect every time. So my search for the perfect wireless noise canceling headphones continues. Back to my big Bose wireless fitness earbuds. And cheap Sony wired headphones for $50 that sound just as good for walking. I really wish the AirPods Pro had better sound, then they would be perfect. Put Sennheiser stuff in your AirPods and it'll be awesome.
