I like the fact that you can be very specific in your queries, so that you do not waste time if you are not looking for something related to what you require. You can also customize many things such as adding new features or even removing some. For example, when we set up the package for our clients, we could add all of the necessary fields based on their needs. Also, the team was quick enough to respond to any questions that I had during setup.
