engine f150 4.6l 2v 2006. I wasn't sure at first about these coils. The mytrucks engine is a bit wheezy when it comes to spark plugs/coils. But I don't want to spend more than $200 on Motorcraft reels. My trucks have been running like shit for quite some time. I couldn't figure out what it was. And also an issue with the truck idling when I step on the pedal, with the "Throttle Stuck Open" and "Forced Idea Code" code popping up when that happens. After restarting the engine everything is back to normal. I wanted to swap my PCM. But thankfully new candles and coils have done their job. Change all 8 when making yours. My #4 fork was MORE reachable. So I tried leaving the connector on but I got electrical resistance problems due to an error code for coil #3 connection. But after I replaced that connector with a new one. like everyone says. This truck is awake. I'm pretty sure these plug n coils have 100,000 miles or more. Before I changed them I thought there was a small exhaust leak in the manifold. but I don't think it's because the noise is gone. Change spark plugs and coils. It's the best thing you can do for your engine. They only have 10 miles or so, I'll update them as I add more miles to them.
