This is a great organizational tool; My hairstylist friend keeps all her makeup in one, I use mine to store yarn since I became a knitting and crochet nut. I just decided to get another one for my macrame cords. I've talked about using clear plastic, but I think it's best if the mesh is breathable. probably even more important for shoes.
