The ability to send an automated text message to your subscribers. It is great that you can target specific areas of your database. I wish there was more flexibility in terms of what you could say. You are limited to 140 characters when sending a text. There isn't much customization from the platform itself. If you have a large list of contacts it can be difficult to keep up with all of them without adding additional staff members. We use this service to send out automated messages to our subscribers when they sign up for our email newsletter.
