Poor build Desk accessory and workspace organizer

Bags don't have a weld on the bottom. If you use this for cut sheets (like I do for outbound order documents) they will fall through the back. I have similar frames from another company that are properly welded. Needs to be filled with epoxy or something else to fix it. Very disappointed.
