Bought these scissors to have in the kitchen to complement my light Kitchen Aid scissors. I can tell you the durability of these scissors seems top notch. They are made from two pieces of stainless steel and are connected with a single bolt and nut. The only issue I have with the scissors is the latch that is supposed to keep them closed. The groove in the latch isn't deep enough or angled enough that it won't hold it fully closed and will slide off to open the wings. This is the only obvious thing that the manufacturer needs to fix ASAP and this is the only reason for 4 stars. The scissors themselves are very sharp and easily cut through chicken breasts. I also like to use them for slicing other meats like ribs, steaks, bacon and sausage because of their sharpness and how well they cut through food. Ultimately, I would recommend them to anyone looking for durable cookware.
