This isn't my first foray into whey powder but I was initially hesitant. I've used sweet flavored whey powder from major department stores in the past and always felt cramped. Combining whey and sugar with artificial flavors didn't work for me. After reading reviews of Organic Whey I decided to give it a try along with my new workout/diet plan. I've been taking The Organic Whey along with bulk creatine for the past 3 weeks and have been very impressed. . It's a very smooth powder that mixes with water in just a few shakes. Very easy to swallow after a workout in the water I left. I've gained 10 pounds of muscle mass in the last 3 weeks using a combination of whey protein and creatine and weight lifting. Very impressive. Most of this will be water retention, but I've heard that creatine helps with protein synthesis. The only thing that worries me is the poor quality of the final pack, but that's not a problem. Because it is a very fine powder, it easily becomes a thin seal and does not let air through completely. I just threw it in a large ziploc and no more problems. I take a few tablespoons in place of meals, add them to smoothies, or add creatine post-workout. Highly recommend organic whey protein. It's high quality and you can tell. Not cheap but if you are sensitive to other cheap serums try this one.
