I want to save everyone on this list from a Buzzfeed article saying nurses swear by these shoes. You are terrible! The tie in the front does not tighten the shoes at all: it is only decorative, and the heel is hard and not flexible at all, so the feet slide. I have blisters on my toes and they hurt terribly after wearing these shoes. Just don't buy them. Remember you get what you pay for. They're cheap and they're bad!
