I like that I can quickly place an order from anywhere in the world without having to wait for someone to be available to take my call or respond to my email. It's also very easy to navigate through the site. There's not much to dislike about this system. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response back when you send them a message. That's just a minor glitch though. I've been using ChannelGate for over 2 years now, and have never had any issues of any kind. It's helped us manage our inventory better than we ever could before!
