This is a beautiful and durable CPR mask to carry in the car or with you in an emergency. Love the case and the fact that there are two ways to connect it to something I don't show well in the picture. The real masks are in the bag and I didn't want to open them until I needed them but they look good. There is an adult and a child size with a one-way valve mouthpiece. Includes 2 alcohol swabs, gloves and instructions. Gloves are not very good, but they are easily replaced with better ones. There's a little more room in the case if you want to add a few more items. I am very happy with this purchase and very glad I bought it.
