Review on Farnam by Gerald Mohammed

Revainrating 1 out of 5

When it comes to your pets and horses, Farnam is not your one-stop shop.

As a reviewer, I am unable to endorse Farnam as a trustworthy, one-stop shop for all animal care requirements. The company promotes itself as a one-stop-shop, but its offerings are restricted and its support staff is unreliable. They don't have the trained staff or knowledge of pet and horse care that they claim to have. Their stock is both antiquated and uninteresting. There is a lack of organization in the store, and it is difficult to find what you're looking for. Staff members are unmotivated to assist consumers and have limited expertise in animal and equine health care. Customers have a hard time finding the proper products for their pets and horses due to a lack of information and aid in the selection process. Their costs are also above the market average. There are plenty of alternative pet supply shops where customers can discover cheaper prices and a wider variety of products. It's hard to recommend buying at Farnam because of how little they care about their customers and how poorly made their goods are. Therefore, Farnam is not the place to go for all of your equine and canine companion's needs. Their offerings are restricted, their service is subpar, and their rates are high. When looking for high-quality pet and horse supplies, I would never go with Farnam.

Pros
  • comprehensive range of horse and pet supplies.
Cons
  • Options for delivery internationally are limited.
