Very cute and roomy. I commute to work quite a distance and am a bit of a pack rat, so it's hard for me to find a cute bag that fits all my stuff but doesn't look like I'm lugging around a suitcase. I'm giving 4 stars because the threads on the ribbon were already untied and I had to cut them. I'd only been using it for 2 days at the time so it didn't take long before I was hooked or detached or something. I have to say that it looks very sturdy otherwise. May just need replacing the strap which I was ready for after reading previous reviews. Also, it's pretty tight when you open it, and sometimes it's not very convenient when you need to grab something quickly. It's not easy to move the laces. It's probably good in the long run, so I have nothing to lose.
