very cute but the size doesn't fit

The outfit is VERY cute. My 11 year old daughter ordered it (with her own money :) but can't really wear it. The top is very small (and yes it's a crop top, but the head hole where the hood is is very tight and almost non-choking). Pants, on the other hand, are so big that they don't hold up. Maybe this one got mixed up with the sizes from other sets? Unless it's a bug, this only works if your child is very small on top and very large on the bottom. Unfortunately we have to go back.
