I run every day and this lightweight running belt is just what I need. It's thin and light but feels durable. According to the description, the fabric is made of nylon and polyester. Very comfortable to wear. I don't feel like I have to take it off after running. It has a small headphone hole which is pretty cool. It holds my iPhone 7 or iPhone 12 Max well with phone cases. By the way, the middle pocket is expandable, so that you can store a lot more things in it if necessary. There are two side pockets to store cards and keys. The strap is elastic and adjustable. It is very easy to put on and take off. It has a yellow stripe that can reflect light in the dark, which is a good security feature. I wear it almost every day when I run. No complaints.
