A keyboard is only as good as its weakest key

If you prefer to write words using all 26 letters of the alphabet, you can disable this product. It paired easily with my Surface Pro and the pre-installed batteries were a nice touch, but all of that was quickly forgotten as this keyboard didn't even let me type my first word as not 1, not 2, not 3, but SIX keys does nothing. The letters Q, W, E, C, V and B are completely dead. The disappointment remains today because I had high hopes for this product based on the many great reviews I have read. I don't know why they don't work, but I can't help but wonder if the way this compact keyboard is packaged has something to do with it. The keyboard itself was packaged in a box that was ideally sized for the product. There is absolutely no room for movement. However, that box was then placed in a box that looked like it could literally fit 10-12 keyboards in and didn't have bubble wrap, scrap paper or anything to keep it from bouncing all over the place during shipping. I was genuinely shocked that no effort was made to protect it, not even with newspaper clippings - anything, ANYTHING, would have been a more practical solution. Maybe I was just unlucky - if you enjoy gaming, this product can fill that gap for you.

Cons
