. I bought it from a local 4 wheel parts store in September 2013, now January 2014 and I have rust all over the grill guard. We live in Oklahoma, it's not exactly a rust belt. Good idea, bad execution. The company also does not respond to my emails. Update - Spoken to the company, they agreed it shouldn't rust and I was able to replace the guard at a local shop for free, the shop took the old one and sent it back to the company. I come home with a new one and now they have redesigned it. There's a gap in the bottom edge on the driver's side to bypass the outside temperature sensor, which *might* get in the way on some Jeeps. Everything was fine before, but now you can see the gap when you look at the bottom of this grill hole. New protection removed, returned to store for a refund. Don't worry about the outside temperature sensor - if it's interfering with the grill, you can remove it from the bracket it's currently on and move it to another location. Clamp on top of the empty grill. It slides right in and locks firmly into place. Just pop the wire up and out and you're good to go. This allows you to easily buy any protection for the grill.
