Review on 🔊 ELAC Debut 2.0 C5.2 Center Speaker, Black: Enhanced Audio for Immersive Surround Sound Experience by Ben Rodriguez

I replaced the Polk center channel with this and previously also replaced my NHT turrets with ELAC. My main concern when buying/upgrading is to find the best value for money and ELAC delivers that. The improvement in clarity and imaging was immediate. I was frustrated as hell to be honest, I hope I hear a difference because my NHTs weren't exactly cheap either. So I was pleased that the sound was brighter and clearer than before. I found I needed to enlarge the center channel a bit, but overall clarity and transparency improved. Sometimes I find voices to get stuck in the center channel and lose their sense of space, but the ELAC center seems wide enough to diffuse the sound, not amplify it!
