Not impressed with this product

This key fob activates the alarm in my car from time to time. When I open the doors, the rear window of my SUV opens. He seems to have a mind of his own. Unlocking the doors always opens the driver's door, but sometimes you have to press it three or four times to unlock the passenger doors. But he always opens that damn tailgate. what to do with it
