Review on πŸ›οΈ Babyletto Pure Core Mini Crib Mattress: Lightweight & Waterproof with Greenguard Gold Certification by Nicole Bass

Revainrating 2 out of 5

If you wash the cover, it will no longer hold up after a few months.

The mattress is hard and was good for the baby. The included mattress pad is short-lived, however, when you might want to wash it. A foam mattress really should not be used without a cover as there is no good way to clean it. Protective synthetic lining and soft quilted cover are one-piece. So if a child messes up the bed and gets through the sheets to the mattress pad, you'll have to take everything off to clean it. Not too bad but after a few washes (machine wash and hang dry) I can barely get the foam mattress back into the cover and now the zipper keeps breaking when I put it on. My baby is 9 months old so I was hoping it would last a little longer. The good news is I can throw out the cover and buy a mattress protector that rolls around like a sheet. So all is not lost. Even if the zipper doesn't open it's just incredibly annoying when I have to change the cover and sheets and the baby is crying and it takes me 20 minutes to do what should have taken 1 minute. I do not recommend.
