It's magic, suitable for spare parts

Installation pain (see video on You Tube) It's magic! I could drive my 12 year old Impreza when I got old with it. BUT 2 inches of play in the shifter made it quite a problem for everyone else to drive the car. This part made the gear search almost like new. No backlash, I forgot there were actually interlocks between the gears.
