**Update, after 3 months of use (only polygel on myself) the on/off switch started to loosen and worked poorly, one cord That never being wound, HD was supposed to work a certain way and to top it off the whole switch just fell apart. I read that they supposedly have a 6 month warranty so I contacted the company but got no response or help. I would strongly advise against buying this drill or this company's products if they offer quality and customer care. The lowest setting is too much, especially if you're new to it or using it on yourself. The biggest problem is the bit replacement. There is no way out for the bits, you have to pull them out and push them through, which is not easy and should put a lot of strain on the drill head. Also, the only part that doesn't wobble is the wave band, though. It's slim and comes with lots of accessories, but that's not what it was advertised as.
