Unit comes disassembled but is very easy to install. The instructions are very clear on what you should do. Just do it step by step. The only difference between this verse and all the others I've used is that all of the mounting screws are vertical. Therefore, you need to accurately determine the place of installation. The back makes it very easy to turn the TV on and off. You have installed the bracket on the TV and you have the wall bracket, just put the TV on it and tighten the screws. It's nice that you don't have to deal with balancing right away. Great block and it sits flush with the wall.
