Very comfortable. But I'm giving it 3 stars because after 0 uses and a separate wash and dry on delicates and dry cycles I see snags and lumps in the material. Due to the cost and predictable fact, it won't be long before the holes. and more hooks begin to develop. I would not recommend it for this price. The material is very thin, much thinner than I imagined, and yes, when you're not wearing underwear you can clearly see the outlines of your manhood, and it also borders on transparency. It gets a generous 3 stars from me because I don't wear it outside of the bedroom and it's very comfortable. It's just a pity that the material doesn't live up to its luxurious appearance.
