Bought two sets makes two Stones for cooking per person and when frying steaks we didn't need second stones. The steaks were thick striped steaks about 1.24 pounds. in each case, which I would personally make a little smaller next time. I think 1lb or less would be ideal for the space needed. Everything works fine and I had fun trying new things. happy with the sets.
