This chair was partially assembled for which I am very grateful. The assembly instructions were terrible. IKEA has nothing against these guys. It was more of an IQ test than a chair. If you have an IQ above 120 you should be able to piece it together, but anything else will leave you with a ton of detail. Now to the chair itself. With the footrest you can only align 2 of the 4 holes, it is enough to assemble it but only with 2 screws. Also, the wrench that came with it to tighten the rollers was the wrong size. way to go.
