This candle was for my little daughter's birthday. When we first received the item we were very impressed with the packaging. Metal box for a candle. quite luxurious feeling. However, they should have put more emphasis on the candle and not just the box. The wick in the candle is TOO SHORT! We lit a candle and started singing Happy Birthday and before we were halfway through the song the candle went out. Tried another time, it came out even quicker. And then we found that the wick in the candle is terribly short. You can imagine how disappointed my little girl was. In fact, we only tried it 5 times. And how did we do that? We had to force the song to triple speed. Sounds weird, but it's not for a 5-year-old. As such, we would definitely NOT recommend this candle unless you are only interested in the box that came with the candle.
