You cannot use all 525 pairs.

The ones at the top of the list are great! BUT "rough" Velcro on the inside of the folded package will not lay flat. I put heavy things on it - it doesn't help - they float. I actually bought my first pack a while ago and had to order a second one just because about 100 of them never got in stock. The ones at the top were great and great value for money. Just know that you can't use all of them.
