Review on 🏍️ Kuryakyn 8973 Motorcycle Trunk/Luggage Accessory: Quick Adjustable Tour-Pak Relocator for 1997-2013 Harley-Davidson Motorcycles, Chrome/Black by Mood Neboet

I've read in some reviews that the relocator slid back and forth hard. With that in mind I lubricated the rails and hand tightened all the hardware to ensure the plates were finally set before tightening the bar. Can be pushed back and forth with ease. No problem. For those having assembly issues, loosen the plates attached to the tourpack and make small adjustments. This should do the trick. This gives the passengers significantly more space. 3 inches doesn't sound like much, but on a bike and sliding backwards it makes a world of difference. The only thing that bothers me is the weight of the moving truck. I installed it on the Electra Glide Ultra Classic. Storage weight limit is 20 pounds. The relocator weighs 13 pounds when shipped. I don't know if the travel pack weight limit is due to the fiberglass tour pack or the strength of the mounting brackets holding the travel pack. I'm assuming it's the fiberglass and that the Harley mounting brackets will support the weight of the relocator plus the 20lb travel backpack limit. Time will tell.
