Now I'm working remotely and the strain on my neck was starting to get out of control. I have to say I have noticed a difference since receiving this. It really helps release tension in the neck. It is very light and durable at the same time. It holds my heavy laptop with no problem. I took off 1 star because the part of the front that holds the laptop sometimes gets in the way when I'm trying to use the mouse pad. They should have incorporated L-shaped corners to hold the ends, but that's just my opinion. Also, one of the stainless steel parts is bent with a screw at the bottom. I will post pictures of both sides so you can see the difference. I also liked this product and the price.
