I use toner all day to splice tough coax cables. I use them to identify underground cables to determine what goes where. I have toners that cost between $60 and $200. I had to replace a few transmitters and decided to try them to save money. In some cases they work great, even better than the more expensive ones because they appear to transmit at a higher level of energy. You travel further than my others. They are amazing. I would just like to find one that I don't have to attach to the center conductor and case. If I could just use the amp's clamp connector where it goes to the cable it would save me a lot of time .,. So if the manufacturer is reading this you can make one that can use a clip that just wraps around the cord and has multiple tones. I've spread them out over different coax cables in the network so I can tell which cable is which when I get to the split point, that would be great,
