Bad USB ports - power distributor

Bought this compact power supply for a mini pi arcade. It's not in bad shape and the hard switch is good, but that's about it. Firstly, although it has been said in several places on this page, it cannot transfer 2A+ to each USB, it is only 3A. In this case. Second, I doubt it will ever be able to drive 3A because even just charging my Pi it's around 4.73-74V. Far from charging enough, and most likely low enough, to damage the SD card. I'll keep it for its compactness, but it will take some rigging to get things working without making full use of the USB ports.
