These controllers aren't bad in general. You'll immediately notice that they're much lighter and cheaper than the original GameCube controllers. The gray joystick is harder than the OEM controller and you will notice fatigue after about 15 minutes of use. D-Pad is better, but also worse; The spider wobbles more and is less rigid than the OEM, but accuracy comes at a price. Sometimes you hit diagonally when you don't want to. In this remake, the C stick has no texture. The buttons are also thrown; They're much more tactile and louder, meaning they're crisper when pressed, but at the expense of the fatigue of pressing harder. The triggers are lightly lapped in plastic, making them less smooth than the OEM triggers. In general they are sufficient. The quality, while not perfect, is good enough considering the price compared to OEM controllers at the moment. They're great for those who want to relive some of the classic GameCube or Wii multiplayer games without going broke with OEM controller shortages and price premiums due to growing demand from Wii U and Switch users.
