Can we just stop pretending that ANY tunnel folds easily? I personally prefer clear mesh tunnels and previous cats didn't like big tunnels, but I adopted a 4 month old feral cat from a shelter who prefers big opaque tunnels. So I took this tunnel because it met both criteria and placed it more or less invisibly behind a weightless camouflage chair (which I also covered with another tunnel so I don't have to look at either one) since I don't have one avid camouflage fan. but it's a cat area and now both cats spend a lot of time in that part of the patio, it's a sitting area right next to their food and water where they can lie under a chair, play quietly in the tunnel and rest on the scratching post right next to that Table with lining on it. and this cat tunnel also leads directly into a small willow house with blankets in it. This patio area doesn't get much noise and has proven to be more of a comfort zone that plays a significant role in their feline existence.
