Sleeves must be 36-37 inches long. Not even close. Also, the left sleeve is about 2 inches shorter than the right one. The right sleeve is about 34 inches long and the left one is too short to even button. Not a good shirt. I sent the other shirt back and will keep this one because I need a shirt for my wedding. But it is worn once and then thrown away.
