Finally. No jersey lining!
Reminds me of the longer versions of the Champion Mesh Athletic Shorts I wore to college in the '90s. Two layers of a grid. The jersey lining - a much thinner mesh - traps heat and makes other mesh shorts uncomfortable when it's hot outside. The drawstring/elastic waist works well. I have a 42" waist but the 2XL (38-39") shorts fit well and don't fall down.
