Works well not so bad aftertaste
Be aware that it contains hydrogen peroxide and will therefore explode or expand a bit in your mouth if your gums bleed or hurt or whatever because the peroxide sizzles. I only use a small amount of Cap and it seems to be working well. I had a small mouth ulcer from eating a chip that cut into my gums and I used it to make sure it didn't get infected or get worse and it seemed to be working fine. Even after three or four flushes I notice a slight aftertaste. So I would wait a bit before taking a sip and allow that time to slowly leave your body or mouth.
